The Beneficiary assessment involves systematic consultation with project beneficiaries and other stakeholders to help them identify and design development activities, signal any potential constraints to their participation, and obtain feedback on reactions to an intervention during implementation. The BA also investigates the perceptions of a systematic sample of beneficiaries and other stakeholders to ensure that their concerns are heard and incorporated into project and policy formulation. BA includes field visits to over 150 municipalities, interviews with the heads of each of the municipalities including interviews with sample population in each municipality and the contractor in charge of the infrastructure work of the given grant in each municipality. Focus groups are also scheduled to be conducted with a cluster of villages to discuss the progress of work of the projects in each town, main problems faced, satisfaction with work progress, recommendations and others. |

School to work transition of young women in Lebanon |
Study the school to work transition of young women in Lebanon as a pilot test for a national survey. Elite interviews with 80 young women in specific majors from 4 universities in Lebanon that had just graduated and are looking for jobs will be conducted over 2 rounds to understand their perceptions and expectations of a job offer.
