CHDT, Skills for Success and Entrepreneurial Training

SRI and AHLA (The American Hotel & Lodging Association) carried out world-class tourism worker training in Lebanon, focusing on Food & Beverage Preparation and Food & Beverage Service in lodging establishments, as well as restaurants, in the tourism Growth Poles of Tyre, Chouf, Tripoli, and Metn. Master trainers provided training to supervisors and employees in restaurants and lodging establishments. Certification for hospitality department trainers (CHDT Training) aims at enhancing competence in food and beverage and bed and breakfast skills whereas the job-specific ‘Skills for Success’ course aims at reinforcing practical skills.
