"Information International"  is proud to introduce its key staff members who have been committed to its services and policy and who have each contributed to the success of the company by their professionalism, hard work, diligence and loyalty.

    Alicia Obeid Jammal     13 years with Ii

    Senior Analyst 

Mrs. Jammal is a Senior Analyst at Information International. Since her employment in 1997, she has managed the preparation, organization and implementation of social, economic and political research studies including project evaluation, impact assessment and needs assessment. Mrs. Jammal is skilled in project management including designing questionnaire, overseeing field work, supervising teams of coding and data entry, designing the computer structure, cleaning and analyzing the statistical data and report writing of the projects.  Mrs. Jammal holds a Masters degree in Population Studies from the American University of Beirut (AUB). She is fluent in Arabic, French and English and is skilled in M. Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and SPSS. 

 


 

    Ayman Imad      13 years with Ii

    Field Research Manager 

Mr. Imad is the Manager of Field Research at Information International. Since his employment in Information International in 1997, Mr. Imad started off as a trainee in field research and was promoted to a supervisor and finally Field Research Manager. He has supervised the field work implementation of social, economic and political research studies including project evaluation, impact assessment and needs assessment. He also participated in organizing the tasks of the field surveyors in all regions across Lebanon and other Arab countries when needed.  

Mr. Imad was trained on various methods of quantitative research and other techniques of data collection. He is fluent in Arabic and has good command of English. Mr. Imad is skilled in Word for Windows and  Excel. 

 

 

    Ghida Margie      5+ years with Ii

    Director of Quality & Business Development

Ms. Margie is the Director of Quality & Business Development at Information International. Since 2005, Ms. Margie has headed the quality control and marketing departments and has undergone cycled auditing to confirm the company’s compliance with the highest quality standards and meeting customer satisfaction and stated objectives as specified in its ISO 9001 policy standard. Ms. Margie is responsible for defining the objectives and performance indicators of Information International and confirms their implementation effectively and efficiently. Ms. Margie also responds to requests for proposals and manages them when awarded.

In September 2005, Ms. Margie became a certified Lead Assessor/Auditor against ISO 9001:2000. Since then, she has successfully managed the overall implementation of economic development, beneficiary assessment and impact assessment projects and many others funded by International organizations like World Bank, EU and others including clients from the private sector. She has received many awards among which is the Certificate of Appreciation and Outstanding Performance from the Kingdom Schools in June 2005. 

Ms. Margie holds a BA degree in English Literature from the American University of Beirut (AUB). She is fluent in English and Arabic and has good command of Creole (African language). Ms. Margie is skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

 

 

    Mireille Khairallah    10 years with Ii

    Accounts Manager 

Ms. Khairallah is the Accounts Manager at Information International since 2000. She manages the financial department and handles legal, logistical and personnel issues. Among Ms. Khairallah’s responsibilities are implementing and maintaining the internal control structure, processing data entries according to International norms and preparing monthly financial statements and reports. 

Ms. Khairallah is also the Accounts Manager of the Social & Cultural Development Association – INMA (an NGO founded by the Managing Partners’s of Ii). In addition to the responsibilities listed above, Ms. Khairallah prepares and implements budgetary accounting, handling and controlling legal, logistics and personnel issues. 

Ms. Khiarallah holds a TS degree in Accounting from the Institut Technique des Freres (Technical School). She is fluent in Arabic as her native language, has an excellent command of French and good command of English and an excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Points, Access). She also has an excellent knowledge in several accounting programs including Dolphin, EDM, Genpro.

 

 

    Mohamad Chamseddine     10 years with Ii

    Policy & Research Specialist 

Mr. Chamseddine is a Policy and Economics Research Specialist at Information International. Since 2000, Mr. Chamseddine has headed major socio-economic development projects that the firm is engaged in, in addition to conducting and supervising social, economic and political research studies including project evaluation and impact and needs assessment. He also moderates focus groups and conducts elite interviews when required. 

Mr. Chamseddine has significant experience in the field of conflict assessment and resolution through numerous projects completed. He has proven a track record of extensive research and has published many articles and books on public policy and issues in Lebanon. He has also published a series of social, political and economic articles in various major Lebanese newspapers. 

Mr. Chamseddine holds a diploma in Political Science from Rouen University in France. He is fluent in Arabic and French and has good command of English.

 

 


Technical Staff (in alphabetical order)  

     

    Joe Tohme      8 years with Ii

    IT Specialist 

Mr. Tohme is the IT Specialist at Information International. Since 2002, Mr. Tohme is in charge of maintaining and securing the company’s network of computers and servers. He also searches for new products and technologies, and obtain offers for various IT related equipments. Mr. Tohme assists all staff on computer software problems and graphics, and constantly updates the company websites and backup systems. 

Mr. Tohme holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Notre Dame University (NDU).  He is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE 2003), and attended a certified course in Advanced Computer Studies & Accounting.  He is fluent in Arabic and English and is skilled in DOS, Windows (all versions), MS Office, Accounting Programs, Web Development, Networking – Implementation & configuration of Active Directory, SQL Server, Proxy/ISA Server, Exchange Server. Troubleshoot Computer software & hardware. 

 

 

 

    Miguel Khoury      8 years with Ii

    Database Developer 

Mr. Khoury is the Database Developer at Information International and the Social and Cultural Development Association (INMA). Since 2002, Mr. Khoury is in charge of the development of projects database using Microsoft Access, cleaning and analysis of the data.  He also reports data using SPSS when required. 

Mr. Khoury holds a Diploma in Sciences in Math and Statistics from the Lebanese University. He is fluent in Arabic and English. Mr. Khoury is skilled in Microsoft Word for Windows, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SPSS, Visual Basic, SPSS, SQL Administrating, Front page Internet Explorer. 

 

 

 

 

Administrative Staff 

    Rania Rayya      8 years with Ii

    Administration Manager 

Ms. Rayya is the Administration Manager at Information International since 2002. She is responsible for implementing and managing Ii’s administrative system. She is also responsible for Ii’s filing and documentation retrieval systems, overseeing the operation of office equipment and managing the calendar and schedule of Top Management. 

Ms. Rayya holds a B.A. degree in Public Relations from the Lebanese University in Lebanon. She is fluent in Arabic and English and is skilled in Microsoft Word for Windows, Excel and powerpoint. 

 

 

 


    Hoda Ismail      6+ years with Ii

    Administration Assistant 

Ms. Ismail is the Administration Assistant at Information International since 2004. She assists in administrative and clerical tasks and assists in the overall organizing and updating of management contacts. Ms. Ismail also assists in the ensuring proper sorting and filing of correspondences.  

Ms. Ismail has a degree in Ticketing from Mira Training Center in Lebanon and has completed numerous computer and language courses.

 

 

 

 

    Mohamad Mashlab     10+ years with Ii

    Office Assistant 

Mr. Mashlab has been working with Information International since 1999. He is responsible for performing the overall office assistance tasks in terms of office maintenance, transport and delivery services. Mr. Mashlab troubleshoots for office equipment failures, packages and delivers The Monthly (research magazine published by Ii) and official documents. 

 

 

 


In addition to the above mentioned, there are 15 staff members currently working in Information International’s head office in Beirut and branches in the Arab World. Information International also draws on the expertise of more than 25 professional consultants in various fields.
